My Priorities
A practical, community-focused plan for District 2.

Public Safety
-
Prevention and early intervention
-
Faster response and clear accountability
-
Safer school zones and better lighting
-
Completing promised safety projects
Safety is a basic right. Families and seniors should be able to live, walk, and gather without fear. My focus is on prevention, faster response, accountability so safety efforts lead to real results—not empty promises.
Clean, Well-Maintained Neighborhoods What residents should expect:
-
Faster graffiti removal
-
Clean sidewalks and public spaces
-
Better lighting
-
City departments working together
Clean streets and well-maintained public spaces are essential to neighborhood safety and quality of life. I will push for faster graffiti removal, cleaner sidewalks, better lighting, and stronger coordination between city departments so residents see progress, not excuses. Basic city services should work reliably in every neighborhood.

Housing That Fits District 2
-
Growth where it makes sense
-
Protection for quiet residential blocks
-
Strong anti-displacement protections
-
Support for seniors aging in place
Housing should support families and seniors without overwhelming neighborhood character. I believe growth must be smart, balanced, and fair.
I support housing near transit corridors and commercial streets, while protecting quiet residential blocks from out-of-scale development. I will fight for strong anti-displacement and tenant protections so long-time residents can stay in their homes. Housing should strengthen District 2 not push people out.
Protecting neighborhood character and helping long-time residents stay in their homes.
Families, Seniors & Schools
-
Safe routes to school
-
Youth and after-school programs
-
Senior safety and protection
-
Easier access to city services
District 2 should be the best place to raise a family and age with dignity.
I will advocate for safe routes to school, safer streets near campuses, after-school and youth programs, and stronger protections for seniors. I will also work to make city services easier to access for families, caregivers, and older adults.
Families and seniors deserve a city that listens and responds.

Small Business Revival
-
Simpler permits
-
Cleaner and safer corridors
-
Better lighting
-
Clear city communication
Local businesses are the backbone of District 2 and essential to safe, thriving neighborhoods. I will work to simplify permits, reduce unnecessary delays, and help small businesses navigate city processes more easily. I will support safety upgrades, better lighting, and clean sidewalks along commercial corridors so businesses can succeed and customers feel welcome. I will stand up for neighborhood businesses not corporate interests.
Accountable City Hall
I am running as an independent because District 2 deserves leadership that answers to residents not insiders.
As Supervisor, I will:
-
Hold regular community meetings
-
Listen directly to residents’ concerns
-
Publish clear progress updates and timelines
-
Focus on results, not politics
Accountability starts with transparency and follow-through.
Immigrant Services & Language Access
-
Supported citywide efforts to improve language access
-
Helped families and seniors navigate city services
-
Language should never be a barrier
I have supported citywide efforts to improve language access and protect community rights, helping immigrant families and seniors navigate city services. I believe language should never be a barrier to safety, services, or dignity. As Supervisor, I will protect language access, expand translation support, and make sure city departments clearly communicate with all communities.

Transportation & Infrastructure
-
Safer crosswalks and intersections
-
Reliable transit and safer stops
-
Faster sidewalk and curb repairs
Fix the basics first. I will push for safer intersections, better lighting, reliable transit, and street designs that protect seniors, families, and small businesses. My focus includes safer crosswalks, improved transit stops, traffic solutions that respect neighborhood life, and faster repairs to sidewalks, curbs, and street hazards.

Fixing the basics: safer walkways, better lighting, and accessible infrastructure for all.
